SimWell provides full support for Arena products to customer with a maintenance contract. We welcome your calls, as we want to ensure your complete satisfaction.

 

Support includes:

  • Application and Technical support
  • Availability of a telephone hot line and email address to access a centralized, quick response support person
  • Support is provided in English and in French

 

Support Hours:

Regular business days, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. E.T.

Non-regular or holiday hours can be supported upon request.
